About Ron

Ron Thomas is the Regional VP of Q Home Loans. “Experience Makes a Difference” Ron has helped countless homebuyers take the next step toward homeownership since 1992. His years of experience has allowed him to cultivate an insurmountable amount of knowledge regarding home loans and mortgage products, which include working with veterans and helping them to utilize their $0 down options, assisting move-up buyers, 2nd home purchasers and successfully closing many one-time construction loans.

As your mortgage originator, you can always count on Ron to find a solution! Ron genuinely cares about his client and takes the time to listen to their needs before leveraging his experience to offer several options for them to review. “I always offer a: ‘If I were you, here’s what I would do’ type of scenario. I do my absolute best to close every transaction on time, I do what I say I am going to do, this has been the foundation of my successful mortgage career.” He is also very proud of the many relationships he has forged over the years with other local lenders and their products. “If I cannot help a borrower, I can call upon my local relationships so that I can help my client find another lender to betterhelp them achieve their goals”.

Ron has a triple degree in Business (Marketing, Management, & Finance) and a minor in Economics from Eastern Washington University. He has been published in Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of the “Top 200” Loan Officers in the Country, an accomplishment validated by closed loan units and volume. Ron is also a consistent Top Producer, a title he has held on to for the last 25+ years. Ron, his wife, Karrie, and their 3 boys live in Spokane where they take advantage of all the great kids’ programs and community events. When he isn’t in the office, he can be found coaching his kid’s basketball teams, golfing, playing basketball, and spending his summer days out on Lake CDA.
